1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vedivazhipadu (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vedivazhipadu provides a digital simulation of the traditional Kerala temple firecracker ritual. Users can collect free digital tokens ("Coins") to participate in scheduling digital "Vedis" (offerings), which are visually and audibly simulated on the platform for all concurrent users to observe.

3. User Accounts

To participate in offerings or collect coins, you must authenticate using a Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Digital Economy

Coins: Coins are a free digital currency used solely within the Vedivazhipadu simulation. They have absolutely no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, cashed out, purchased, or transferred.
Earning Coins: You agree to acquire coins only through intended in-app mechanics (e.g., claiming from stalls or viewing internal ads). Any attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the digital economy may result in an immediate account ban.

5. User Conduct

When providing a "Name" and "Wish" for an offering, you agree not to submit content that is offensive, defamatory, profane, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to moderate, skip, or ban users who violate this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
