Vedivazhipadu offers digital tokens ("Coins") that are used within our digital ritual simulation to book simulated offerings. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate fulfillment upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for purchased Coins or booked offerings under any circumstances once the transaction is complete.
Once you confirm and book a digital offering (Vedi) within the simulation using your Coins, the action is irreversible and the Coins are immediately deducted from your balance. The offering is instantly placed into the live queue and cannot be canceled or refunded.
In the rare event that a severe technical issue on our end prevents your purchased Coins from being credited to your account, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, manually credit the missing Coins to your account. We do not offer monetary refunds for such occurrences.
