Vedivazhipadu utilizes digital tokens ("Coins") within our digital ritual simulation to book simulated offerings. Because the platform no longer accepts real money and all tokens are earned for free via in-app interactions, monetary refunds are inherently not applicable.
Once you confirm and book a digital offering (Vedi) within the simulation using your free Coins, the action is irreversible and the Coins are immediately deducted from your balance. The offering is instantly placed into the live queue and cannot be canceled or refunded to your digital balance.
In the rare event of a severe technical issue on our end that prevents your collected Coins from being credited properly, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, manually correct your free digital balance.
